Industrial & Logistics Center

We are currently working on a 1,300 acre development with approximately 244 acres of light industrial, 716 acres of manufacturing industrial, 17 acres of neighborhood commercial, 130 acres of community commercial, 110 acres of medium density residential and 104 acres of parks/ open space.  This project will also feature a new interchange along with public roads, a substantial retention basin and drainage channels.
