WTD Development, LLC is a full-service Real Estate Development and General Contracting Limited Liability Company with contractor licenses in both Nevada and Arizona. Founded in 2005, the WTD Development & Construction Team has built more than two million square feet of premier real estate throughout the Las Vegas valley, including award-winning projects.

Our expertise and comprehensive services allow us to accommodate a wide range of projects, including land acquisition, planning, and pre-construction services, as well as the construction of mixed-use centers, office parks, healthcare facilities, retail centers, c-stores/gas stations, industrial centers, communications centers, data centers, and high-density residential.

At WTD Development & Construction, our people are the foundation of our success. We have a talented and dedicated team, made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do.

Bill Plise is an award-winning developer and contractor with over 35 years of industry experience. He began his career in construction and quickly evolved into building a full-service, vertically integrated commercial real estate development and construction firm specializing in Class A office, medical, retail, light industrial, mixed-use, and build-to-suit projects.

Over the years, Bill has completed more than 3.8 million square feet of premier commercial real estate in the Las Vegas valley, including Rainbow Sunset Pavilion, Centennial Corporate Center, and Siena Office Park.

Nick Jacobitz has been with WTD Development & Construction since 2017. Nick oversees all development and construction related operations. In addition to being a long-time real estate investor, Nick also has an extensive operations background, including within the hotel industry, and he is accredited with building numerous highly successful operational organizations with a focus on customer/client service, efficient operating procedures, training programs, and team development. Nick is also a veteran and former United States Marine Corps Scout Sniper, having served in Iraq.

Suzanne Neal has been with WTD Development & Construction since 2015. Suzanne has a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years of experience in the industry having began her career as a Contract Administrator. Over the years, Suzanne expanded her role by adding many other skillsets, including compliance and insurance administration. For WTD, Suzanne oversees all Accounting, Human Resources, compliance, and insurance, among many other responsibilities and contributions for the company.
